THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18388 of 2019 ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to correctly identify the land to an extent of Ac.0.23 guntas in Survey No.68/part situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and to declare the Award proceedings in respect thereof as illegal and arbitrary. It is represented by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the subject land was acquired on 31.03.2019 and possession thereof was handed over on 01.04.2019; that the Award was passed on 31.03.2019 and that in view of rival claims, entire compensation amount has been deposited with the authority constituted under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. In those circumstances and as the petitioners were not aware of the Award being passed, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application before the authority constituted under Section 64 of the aforesaid Act, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a

CKR, J W.P.No.18388 of 2019 copy of this order, and the same shall be entertained and considered by such authority in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
