Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a letter dated 14.06.2018, in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that subsequent to filing of the writ petition various events has taken place which have a material bearing on the writ petition and also seeks liberty to file fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh writ petition, however, not with the same prayer. No order as to costs. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in harassing the petitioner by interfering into the civil disputes of the petitioner and in pressurizing the petitioner to forego her title and possessory rights in respect of an immoveable property bearing No.16-10-344, Old Malakpet, Hyderabad, in favour of third person, under the threats of booking criminal cases.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no crime is registered against the petitioner; that one Mohd.Omer gave complaint on 16.05.2018 making certain allegations against the petitioner; and that the respondents enquired into the said allegations and found the same to be civil in nature; and as such the 3rd respondent suggested the complainant to approach the concerned civil court for redressal of his grievance. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent called the petitioner only for the purpose of enquiry with regard to the said complaint and that 3rd respondent never harassed, threatened or interfered with the civil dispute, as alleged by the petitioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
