Heard learned counsel on either side.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the suspension order-cum-show cause notice dated 04.05.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent whereunder the petitioner was suspended temporarily from the post of Field Assistant KVB Puram Mandal, Chittoor District, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant in K V B Puram Mandal, Chittoor District, under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme on 25.04.2008. While so, the 3rd respondent vide order dated 04.05.2015 suspended the petitioner temporarily, alleging certain irregularities.

The grievance of the petitioner is that without issuing any prior notice, the impugned suspension order was passed.

I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case since the order of suspension was passed

pending enquiry.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent-Project Director is directed to complete the enquiry by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and also examine the witnesses on his side and pass final order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked. No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
