THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.9938 of 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein, who was employed as Field Assistant in Peddabammidi Gram Panchayat, Kotabommali Mandal, Srikakulam District under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (for short 'the Scheme'), mounted a challenge to the validity of the Proceedings dated 10-02-2015 placing her under suspension and also calling for her explanation with regard to the alleged irregularities said to have been committed by her. The learned Standing Counsel for the Scheme would submit that as on 2703-2015 orders have been passed terminating the employment of the writ petitioner and the said order has also been dispatched. However, without any challenge being made to the said order by preferring an Appeal to the Appellate Authority concerned, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the fact that Final Orders have been passed by the Project Director on 27-03-2015 and the same have also been dispatched, the writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage, preserving liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies available under law. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
