HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.2265 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed with a prayer to punish the respondent under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful and deliberate disobedience of order, dated 20.02.2014, passed by this Court in WP No.3202 of 2014.

After hearing the arguments and also after perusing the material on record, this Court found that there is no violation of order, dated 20.02.2014, passed by this Court in WP No.3202 of 2014. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
