This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the CC No. 833/2011 on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition and Excise Cases at L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District relating to Crime No. 18/2011 dated 16.4.2011 of SHO, Prohibition and Excise Inspector, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner/A2 to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
