ORDER
1.
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to call for the records from the 3rd respondent and issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of 3rd respondent in preventing the petitioner from discharge of his duties w.e.f 28.06.2002 without giving any order in writing and without disclosing any reasons as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice, in violation of Sec.25-N and Sec.25-F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, amounts to an act of victimization, unfair labour practice and violative of Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and grant all consequential benefits."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side, submit in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 20-08-2002 in WPMP No.19334 of 2002, the petitioner has been continued in service and subsequently, his services were regularized.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
