This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.91 of 2012, against the petitioner, who is A2, on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 498-A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 26.10.2018 stating that the case against A2 and A3 ended in acquittal and case against A1 ended in conviction on 05.01.2018.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
