HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10469 & 10470 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9622 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.124 of 2017 of Konaraopet Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r) & (s) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
