Yes/No HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1307 OF 2015 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for not complying with the order dated 30.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7584 of 2015.

Heard both sides.

When the matter came for up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) has filed the proceedings in Ref:E1/4917/2014, dated 17.08.2015, issued by the respondent-District Collector, whereby the applications of the petitioners for grant of Ek Saal Lease for the Accredited land has been rejected.

Inasmuch as the order dated 30.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7584 of 2015, has been complied with by the respondent, the contempt case is liable to be closed without expressing any opinion with respect to the merits of the proceedings dated 17.08.2015 of the 1st respondent-District Collector.
