The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 18.11.2016 in I.A.No.33 of 2015 in O.S.No.28 of 2014 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kadiri, Anantapuram District.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, original petition itself was disposed of on 11.07.2018, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
