When the matter had come up for hearing on 29.07.2016, none appeared for the revision petitioner and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted to 02.08.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Despite the matter posted under caption 'For Dismissal' none appeared for the revision petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this revision stand closed.
