THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.716 of 2006 ORDER:

Learned counsel representing the petitioner informs the Court that the present Criminal Revision Case is filed assailing the grant of interim maintenance vide M.P.No.1249 of 2005 in M.C.No.239 of 2005, dt.05.04.2006 on the file of the Court of Addl.Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court at Hyderabad. Subsequent to the filing of the present Criminal Revision Case, the main case i.e. M.C.No.239 of 2005 itself is disposed of and as such the matter has become infructuous.

By taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
