HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1206 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard before admission.

It is the submission that there is an expression of the Apex Court that in N.I. Act cases amendment can be allowed that too when it is a typographical mistake in impugning the returned order of the trial Magistrate dated 20.04.2017. When there is a decision, the petitioner is at liberty to submit before the trial Court to consider.

With these observations, by granting time of one week from date of receipt of the order to re-represent with such decision for the court to consider, the criminal revision case is disposed of before admission.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
