This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.453 of 2011 of Krishnalanka Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC, against the petitioners/A3 and A4.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 18.06.2018 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. Copy of award is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
