Since the petitioner is stated to have filed appeal before the 5th respondent - District Collector, against the proceedings dated 11.08.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent - District Rural Development Officer, in terminating him from contract service as Field Assistant; without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority - 5th respondent, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
