The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the first respondent in interfering with the petitioners' personal life and liberty and calling the petitioners to the police station regularly without there being any case by interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 and 6. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 18.09.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that the claim of the petitioners in the writ petition that they are being called regularly to the police station without any case is incorrect, inasmuch as seven cases are registered against the petitioners, viz., FIR Nos.132, 133 of 2018, 10, 206, 208, 220 and 224 of 2019 for various offences under the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He would submit that in Crime No.206 of 2019, the charge sheet has been filed and the same is pending for trial, vide CC.No.521 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ramannapet, while the charge sheet filed in Crime No.208 of 2019, CC number is awaited. Insofar as Crime No.10 of 2019 is concerned, notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. were issued to the accused person therein and the case is under investigation. He would further submit that in the course of investigation of the above criminal cases, the Investigating Officer called the accused person to the police

station for the purpose of investigation and the respondent authorities are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6 or detained the petitioners in the police station at any point of time.

Recording the above submission made on behalf of the official respondents, inasmuch as the respondent authorities are investigating into cases, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.
