This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.292 of 2012 from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Warangal and transfer the same to the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Manthani, Karimnagar District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

Permission is granted.
