This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.37 of 2015 of Savalyapuram Police Station, Guntur District, for the offences punishable under Section 354(A) and 506 IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
