A.S.M.P.No.1306 of 2015 is filed to set aside the abatement caused on account of the delay and bringing on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant. A.S.M.P.No.1307 of 2015 is filed for permission to bring on record the proposed appellants 2 to 5 as appellants 2 to 5 in the Appeal Suit, they being the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. On 30.01.2018, as there was no representation for the petitioners/proposed legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, A.S.M.P.No.1306 of 2015 is directed to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation.

Hence, the A.S.M.P.Nos.1306 of 2015 & 1307 of 2015 are dismissed for default. As a sequel to the said dismissal order, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed as abated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
