Sri Kumar Etukuri, learned counsel, for Sri K. Sarvabhouma Rao, learned counsel for the respondent on record, would submit that the very suit in O.S. No.117 of 1998 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, was disposed of by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

Since there is no representation for the petitioners and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
