HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Arbitration Application No.34 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri P.Dharmesh, Learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that, since the application is for appointment of an arbitrator in an international commercial arbitration, the applicant has to invoke the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and, therefore, they be permitted to withdraw this Application with liberty to move the Supreme Court in this regard. Granting liberty as sought for, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
