Heard.
The present writ petition is filed alleging that the petitioner's application for recognition is not being considered by the 1st respondent.
Learned Government Pleader has produced a copy of G.O.Ms.No.2, dated 06-01-2015, issued by the Government, wherein recognition was granted to as many as eight Colleges and the petitioner is shown at Sl.No.1.
In view of that, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition except directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education to take all further necessary action on the basis of the said G.O. including the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the counselling.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
