The grievance of the petitioner is the Application dated 05.03.2019 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records with respect to the house property bearing Door No. 5-1-92 (old No. 5-45) in an extent of 547.55 square yards in Survey No. 682 situated at Jammikunta Municipality, is not considered so far. It is her contention that she came to acquire the said property through a Will executed on 08.07.2011 in her favour by her grand mother Smt. M. Komarama.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality submits that no Application in the prescribed format has been received from the petitioner on line. He further submits that if the petitioner makes the Application on line in the prescribed format, the same will, no doubt, be attended to. In view of the said submission, subject to the petitioner making an Application on line in terms of the Rules prescribed therefor and paying the necessary fee, the same shall be processed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said Application, in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
