ORAL ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of A.P. Administrative Tribunal dated 2.12.2013 in O.A. No. 8280 of 2013 / {W.P (TR) No. 1182 of 2017}.

On the representation of learned counsel for petitioner that cause in the writ petition does not survive, said writ petition was closed by order dated 6.7.2017. In view of the same, contempt case is closed. No costs.
