HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5549 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner-accused No.6 is acquitted on 04.01.2016 in C.C.No.68 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bichkunda, Nizamabad District. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the SubInspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
