O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the applicant in O.A.No.3040 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, seeking implementation of the order dated 04.08.2016 passed therein. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, to pass necessary orders on the representations/applications filed by the petitioner on 01.02.2016 and 03.05.2016 as per rules and circulars within a time frame.

Sri Sai Krishna, learned counsel representing the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana), concedes that no writ petition has been filed by the authorities assailing the aforestated order passed by the Tribunal.

That being so, it is not open to the authorities to brush aside the time stipulation fixed by the Tribunal and not implement the directions contained in the aforestated order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the third respondent herein to abide by and implement the order dated 04.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.3040 of 2016 expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from today.
