HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.9137 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in summoning the petitioner to the Police Station without registering any crime against him.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition and make an enquiry, as it is always open to the third respondent to investigate the crime, if a crime is registered against the petitioner. If no crime is registered, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the third respondent. However, in the case of investigation the third respondent shall follow due process of law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
