Mr. M.Ravindra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks the leave of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available before the Revenue authorities.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the leave as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
