Heard Mr. Ch. Ravi Chandra representing Mr. Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, counsel for petitioner and Mr. N. Ashok Kumar for respondents.

Petitioner prays for Mandamus complaining against the action of respondents in insisting upon him to produce NOC from revenue authorities for receiving and processing for building permission for house bearing No.11-4-810 to 815, Bazar Ghat, Nampally in an extent of 184.83 sq. yards as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. 3.

Counsel appearing for respondents submits that, firstly, there is no material on record to show that respondents are insisting upon NOC from petitioner and he further admits that in view of settled position of law, respondents cannot insist upon NOC from the revenue authorities. 4.

Both the counsel rely upon order of this Court in WP.No.28791 of 2012 and batch.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in WP.No.28791 of 2012 and batch. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
