HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18430 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.17810 & 17812 of 2001, dated 24.07.2018, and contended that the present writ petition also be allowed in terms of the said order. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the said submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order, dated 24.07.2018, in W.P.Nos.17810 & 17812 of 2001, this writ petition is also allowed setting aside the impugned order and the petitioner is entitled to all the consequential benefits. No order as to costs.

Copy of the order dated 24.07.2018 in W.P.Nos.17810 & 17812 of 2001 be annexed to this order.
