This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Syed Tousif Basha, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A2, for grant of bail in Crime No.93 of 2019 of lubilee Hills police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4L9, 342, 346, 348, 384, 302, 201 and 202 read with 34 of IpC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/A2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent-State and perused the record.

This is the sixth bail application gf the petitioner/A2. Earlier I flVe bail applications filed by the petitioner/A2 were dismissed by this Court assigning number of reasons. The last bail application ire., Crl.P.No.1406 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 20.04.2021 with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the subject S.C.No.326 of 2019. It is brought to the notice oF this Court that in spite of the said direction, the subject Sessions Case has not been disposed of.

Learned Assistant Public prosecutor would submit that the trial schedule is fixed between 20.09.2O2t and 28.10.2021. Altogether 74 witnesses are there. The subject case is a sensational murder of NRI businessman with a honey trap and huge money is involved. The said submissions are borne by record. This Court already observed the said fact while declining to grant bail to the petitioner/A2. There are no changed or , ,!

exceptional circumstances to take a different view. Therefore/ thls application is also liable to be dismissed, 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed strictly to adhere to the schedule fixed as indicated above, conclude the trial and dispose of the proceedings in the subject Sessions Case expeditiously.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
