OFFICE NOTE 09.06.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 seeking to modify condition No.(i) in paragraph No.7 in the order, dated 04.06.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.8026 of 2026 by (i) deleting the words "two local sureties' and permitting the petitioner to furnish two sureties without insisting upon local sureties;

and (ii) substituting the words 'learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar'

with learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Khammam District and the crime was registered within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, as such he requested the Court not to insist the petitioner to produce the local sureties and hence, he prays this Court to modify the same.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, condition No.(i) at paragraph No.7 is modified accordingly and the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The other conditions in the order, dated 04.06.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.8026 of 2026 shall remain unaltered0.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
