This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 30.08.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.885 of 2015 in Crime No.79 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Atmakur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 05.12.2016 in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
