When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 submits that since charge sheet has been filed in the present Crime No.441 of 2018 of Chikkadapally Police Station, Hyderabad, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
