HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.213 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdrawn O.S. No.1 of 2002 from the file of I Additional District Court, Nizamabad and transfer the same to the file of any other District Court other than the District Courts in Nizamabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
