This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.161 of 2014 of Mominpet Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
