HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39775 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.1562 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First class Magistrate, Nalgonda.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The petitioner is arrayed as accused in the above C.C. for the offence under Section 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file discharge application before the Court concerned. On such application being filed, the Court concerned shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. Till then, the presence of the petitioner before the Court concerned is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
