Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner, who is Accused No.1, with a prayer to quash proceedings in C.C.No.34 of 2012 pending on the file of the I Addl.Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mancherial. 3.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that C.C.No.34 of 2012 is pending on the file of the Magistrate supra since 2012 and there is no progress in the case and further prays the Court to fix a timeframe to the trial Court to dispose of the matter at the earliest.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the petition. 5.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the I Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mancherial, is hereby directed to commence trial on day-to-day basis without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and shall conclude trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of three (3) months from today.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
