THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33196 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the notices issued by the first respondent dated 07.12.2011 and 13.08.2012 alleging constructions in deviation of the sanctioned plan. 2.

This Court, by order dated 19.10.2012, directed both the parties to maintain status quo until further orders and after passing of the said order, it is submitted by both the counsel that pursuant to the Government Order, the petitioners submitted an application for regularization of the deviated/unauthorised constructions and the same is pending consideration before the first respondent. 3.

In view of the pending application before the first respondent seeking regularisation of the unauthorised/deviated constructions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the first respondent to take into consideration the said application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that the first respondent shall not take any action for demolition pending finalisation of the application for regularisation. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
