HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.2641 of 2016 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition arises out of dismissal of an application filed for demarking/unmarking Exs.A.1 and A.4, by the order dated 25-04-2016 in I.A.No.1030 of 2015 in O.S.No.271 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada. Giving liberty to the petitioner herein to raise objections to the admissibility of Exs.A.1 and A.4 at the time of arguments, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
