This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / Accused No.2 in Cr.No.499 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that both parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat.
