HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in including the petitioners' land in Sy.No.2387/2 admeasuring Ac.0.041⁄2 gts situated in Huzurabad [v] &[M], Karimnagar District in prohibitory list of properties for Registration without their being any notification under Section 22A (1) (e) of Indian Registration Act, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 29.01.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.32698 of 2014 and batch, which was also followed in W.P.No.33773 of 2014 and the same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration. In that view of the matter, for the reasons alike this writ petition is disposed of interms of the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.32698 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Office is to annex a copy of the order dated 29.01.2016 in W.P.No.32698 of 2014 and batch.
