C.R.P.M.P.No. 2494 of 2017 is filed to record compromise in terms of the compromise memo filed along with the petition. Both the petitioner and the respondents are present before this Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They also produced Aadhar cards in proof of their identity.

The terms of compromise are read over and explained to them in Telugu and they admitted them to be true and correct. Hence, I find that the compromise is voluntary.

Both the petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of the compromise memo.

Registry is directed to annex a copy of the compromise memo to this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs.
