The petitioner seeks issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the extent of his land admeasuring Ac.0.88 cents in Sy.No.134/15 situated at Chandrasekharapuram village and mandal, Prakasam District, based on registered document No.3283/2008. Accordingly, he made an application under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging inaction in passing appropriate orders for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application in the requisite proforma filed through E-Seva on 20-10-2014 Is already pending with the 4th respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
