THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18497 OF 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of Government of Telangana specifically the 4th respondent, Station House Officer, Gachibowli Traffic Police Station, in detaining the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.TS-15-ES-9996, TATA SAFARI STORME VX 4X2, 7S model.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that this Court in identical set of facts and circumstances in W.P. No.2361 of 2019 dated 07.02.2019, disposed of the writ petition with the following direction:

"5. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 5th respondent with RC Book relating to the said vehicle and also by producing proof of his identity and thereupon the 5th respondent or other official, who has the custody of the vehicle in question, shall release the said vehicle to the petitioner forthwith."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home does not dispute the same.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent, Station House Officer, Gachibowli Traffic Police Station, Hyderabad, with RC Book relating to the said vehicle and also producing proof of his identity, and thereupon, the 4th respondent or other official, who has the custody of the

vehicle in question, shall release the said vehicle of the petitioner forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
