THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11909 of 2015 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.5 to 9 and 12 to 15 under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.109 of 2015 on the file of Arvapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452 and 307 r/w 149 IPC.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The allegations against the petitioners are that they criminally trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant by carrying sticks, axes, iron rods, stones and pestle and attacked the victim persons.

4. The allegations made against the petitioners are serious in nature and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
