THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8385 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner, who is A1 in C.C.No.108 of 2017 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kangiri, Prakasam District, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the application, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. on the same day. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the application, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. on the same day.
