COMMON ORDER:

Heard.

2. These two writ petitions are filed with similar allegations seeking Mandamus against official respondents for not paying the arrears of rent for the leased premises, which are under tenancy of the respondentGovernment. The premises bearing D.No.17-4-698, Imliban, Yakutpura, Hyderabad, where respondent No.5-school is located, is subject matter of W.P.No.24938 of 2014, whereas the premises bearing H.No.12-2-838 situated at Humayun Nagar-2, Asifnagar, Hyderabad, where respondent

No.5-school is located, is subject matter of W.P.No.33820 of 2014.

3. In both the writ petitions, respondent No.4-District Educational Officer filed counters, wherein it is specifically stated that the budget sanctioned for the third quarter is awaited and as soon as the budget is released, all the rental arrears for which the Administrative sanction is accorded, shall be released to the respective petitioners.

4. Writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of enabling the official respondents to release the payments of the petitioners as and when the said amounts are released as per budget.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
