THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.27522 OF 2012 ORDER:
The petitioner challenges proceedings No.C2/36002/96 dated 01.05.2000 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of G.O.Ms.No.508 dated 20.10.1995.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the development during the pendency of the writ petition, requested the Court to consider directing respondents to dispose of application No.09/Reg/2059 dated 18.01.2015 filed under G.O.Ms.No.58 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department dated 30.12.2014.
The Assistant Government Pleader does not seriously oppose the request of petitioner to consider the alternate prayer. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on application No.09/Reg/2059 dated 18.01.2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd petitioner is given liberty to submit xerox copies of acknowledgement dated 18.01.2015 and the copy of the order to respondents within four weeks for expeditious consideration and disposal. No costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
